DJの森田潤とサウンド・デザイナーの山田章雅で09年に結成。俳優でもあるyes, mama ok?の金剛地武志、鍵盤のgomax剛田らを迎えてライブ活動を行う。13年にポニーキャニオンから2曲をリリースしてデビュー。DVD作品"THE DECLINE OF THE ORGY- LIVE RECORDING AND MIXED FILM 2010-2013” (15年)、マボロシ子監督AV"ANIMAL MASK LESBIAN"サウンド・トラック(16年)、ロック・バンドHoneydewのRemix作品(17年)を発表している。
